What is Disputivo?

A dashboard for merchants to organize the evidence they submit in response to a payment dispute: order records, shipping details, customer communications, and a draft response letter, all in one place.

Does it guarantee I'll win my dispute?

No. Disputivo provides administrative assistance to help you organize evidence — it is not legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any dispute outcome. The evidence readiness score reflects how complete your checklist is, not your odds of winning.

Does it connect to Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify?

Not yet. Direct integrations with payment and commerce platforms are planned for a future release. Today, you log dispute details manually.

Is my data secure?

Your account and dispute data are stored in a database with row-level security, meaning only your authenticated account can read or modify your own disputes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What does the evidence readiness score mean?

It's a transparent, points-based score showing which checklist items you've completed and which are still missing, based only on the checklist for that dispute's reason. It measures evidence completeness, not the likelihood you'll win.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited disputes and every current feature, at no cost. See the Pricing page for details.

Can I edit or delete a dispute after creating it?

Yes. Open any dispute you own from the dashboard to edit its details or status, or delete it entirely from the dispute's overview page.

Can multiple team members share one account?

Not yet — each account is single-user today. Shared team access is planned for the Pro plan.
